Foundation Training is a series of exercises, created by Dr. Eric Goodman, to alleviate chronic back pain, improve posture and enhance athletic ability, through the integration of your body’s muscle chains and proper movement patterns.

We strive to facilitate a better life, for those actively seeking it, through back pain relief, better posture and enhanced athletic capabilities.
