Kristi Bowles, M.P.T., O.C.S., C.S.C.S.

Kristi graduated from Oakland University in 1996 with a Master’s degree in physical therapy. In 2002, she became board certified in orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kristi has taken extensive continuing education courses with emphasis on manual therapy and functional exercise training. These courses have helped her to develop skills in identifying the source of the problem instead of “treating the symptoms.”

She has treated multiple patients with TMJ dysfunctions, and works collaboratively with area dentists to provide quality care and education for this patient population. Kristi also enjoys working with adolescents and adults with various orthopedic conditions. She works at creating individualized exercise programs, tailored to each patient, to ensure a high success rate upon discharge from physical therapy.
